Salvia aurea Kirstenbosch
Unusual reddish-brown flowers on silver evergreen foliage. Needs a sheltered sunny site. Gets a bit battered in the garden here in the winter, but pruned when growth starts and it recovers well.
In cold areas could be grown in a container and given winter protection inside. Grows to approximately 60 - 80Cm.
