Molinia caerulea arundinacea Moorhexe
Very upright flower stems to 1.35 metres July – September with narrow dark purplish brown plumes. The foliage is left behind at flower level. Airy light effect. The foliage dies down in winter and the flower stems detach themselves so just needs picking up. Not damaged by wind. Grow in moist soil in a sunny position.
