From 2 April 2013 Royal Mail have changed their parcel sizes and increased the rates. We have therefore regretfully had to increase some of our post and packing charges for smaller orders.
To find out the total cost of purchase before final commitment, simply add the items required to ''Your Basket'' - enter post code - then click ''Show Delivery Costs.'' You can then see the total cost involved and decide whether to proceed.
Due to plant health regulations we are only able to supply plants to countries that belong to the European Union
Returns and Refunds
All plants are checked thoroughly before being dispatched. If any damage is noticed on arrival please contact us as soon as possible. This does not effect your statutory rights.
We cannot offer exchange or refund on any plant, which has either been neglected on receipt, for example not unpacked immediately - not providing light air and water - or delivery not being made due to no-one being at home and no instruction given for delivery.
Please contact us as soon as possible if there happens to be a delayed delivery, resulting in loss of condition to the plants.Our policy for dispatch is to send out orders at the start of the working week, so as not to be stuck in transit over a weekend.
Payment Processed by CardSave
We use the CardSave for credit card payments. Upon checking out, you will be redirected to the CardSave website to enter your credit card information. All transaction information is encrypted securely on the CardSave website, once complete you will be redirected back to our website. At no time do we see or have access directly to any of your credit card information.
